Itinerary
- Day 1 — Arrive in Beijing, check in, review golf equipment and confirm the next day’s arrangements.
- Day 2 — One 18-hole round, with the day paced around the confirmed tee time and transfer conditions.
- Day 3 — Check out and depart. A light nearby activity is considered only when transfer timing safely allows it.

- Clear expense coordination, with itemised quotes and reconciliation of purchases made on your behalf.

Travel options, chosen by you
We’ll offer available options for hotels, golf courses, transport and rental equipment at different price points, explain the differences, and help you choose what suits your preferences and budget.
Your final trip cost will depend on your selections, travel dates, group size and availability. These travel purchases are quoted separately from the JZ service fee, with the costs set out in an itemised proposal for you to review before confirming.
Any required refundable deposits are shown separately.
We’ll also set out the costs of any flights, meals, caddie tips, airport transfers, insurance, taxes and payment fees in the itemised proposal, so you can review the full travel budget. Personal spending is separate from the JZ service fee.
Planning your golf days
We’ll work through tee times, group arrangements, transport and golf-bag space with you, including any extra costs for odd-numbered groups. Before you book, we’ll check the course’s entry requirements and beginner policy, and explain the availability and costs of English-speaking caddies, coaching and equipment hire, together with the course’s weather and cancellation terms.
Your private proposal confirms the service hours and any overtime arrangements that apply to your selected options.
We’ll set out supplier payment requirements separately. For items you have selected and confirmed in writing that are currently due for JZ to pay on your behalf, we proceed with the new supplier payment once the corresponding funds have cleared. Free inquiries, planning conversations, changes requiring no new supplier payment and refund handling can continue. Supplier costs are funded by you rather than advanced by JZ.
Your private proposal confirms which service-fee payment schedule applies to this Golf journey, together with cancellation terms. Travel purchases and refundable deposits are handled separately.

What is the difference between your service fee and travel purchases?
Our service fee covers the planning, comparison and coordination work described in your proposal. You choose the flights, hotels, meals, transport, tickets and optional experiences that suit you; these travel purchases are quoted separately for your review before you confirm them.
How does payment work?
For standard Beijing journeys, you pay 20% of the agreed JZ service fee in advance and the remaining 80% on the evening of the first day we welcome you in person. For a Golf journey, we’ll confirm the service-fee payment schedule and cancellation terms in your private proposal. We’ll show JZ service fees, travel purchases and refundable deposits separately, with the payment details for each.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
We review your dates, interests and group details, then contact you to compare suitable options and shape a proposal. You decide whether to confirm it; the inquiry itself does not make a booking or payment.
What are your daily working hours?
For standard Beijing journeys, our intended service window is 08:00–22:00 Beijing time, with arrival and departure days shaped around your travel times. Your proposal confirms daily tasks, who will accompany you, and arrangements for breaks and any handovers. For Special Golf Packages, the service window and any overtime arrangements are agreed separately in your proposal. For other destinations, service hours and payment details are confirmed in your proposal.
